Last quarter I built a system to automatically schedule customer interviews and adopt continuous user interviewing in our activation team.
The main goal was to build strong intuition about our users and continuously discover unmet needs, pains, and desires of today’s video creators.
I’ve just implemented the same system in another team and thought it was time to link to it from my site.
